original muse monthly giveaway

1. sponsor

The Original Muse Monthly Giveaway for November 2026 (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Rosy Lu, the developer of the Muse app ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to museoutfitdiary@gmail.com.

Apple Inc., Google LLC, and Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram) are not sponsors of the Giveaway and are not involved in it in any way. Visa is not a sponsor of the Giveaway.

2. eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry and who have a Muse account in good standing.

Sponsor, the members of the Muse team, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.

3. entry period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 19, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's servers are the official clock for the Giveaway.

4. how to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both receive equal consideration in the drawing.

A. In the app. Users who complete goals 1 through 6 below, as shown and tracked in the "original muse" goals sheet in the Muse app, before the Entry Period ends are entered in the Giveaway:

1. Log 10 outfits.
2. Engage with others 15 times (each like, comment, or community you join counts once).
3. Follow or invite 5 people.
4. Plan 2 outfits.
5. Fill out the in-app feedback form.
6. Follow @museoutfitdiary on Instagram.

Activity counts toward these goals from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 1, 2026 (or from when you joined Muse, if later), as tracked in the app. Completing goals 1 through 6 gives you one (1) entry. Goal 7 in the app ("leave a review") counts toward the original muse badge only and is not part of the Giveaway. Leaving a rating or review is not required, does not give you an entry, and does not change your chances of winning.

B. Free alternative entry. Email museoutfitdiary@gmail.com during the Entry Period with the subject line "original muse giveaway" and include your full name, your Muse username, and an email address where you can be reached. A complete email gives you one (1) entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person in total, however many methods you use or accounts you have. Entries from multiple accounts, fake accounts, automated activity, or activity done only to inflate counts (for example, spam comments or mass invites to people you do not know) may be disqualified.

5. drawing and odds

On or about November 20, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each winner receives one (1) digital Visa gift card worth $20.00 USD, delivered by email to the address the winner provides, within fourteen (14) days after the prize is claimed. The approximate retail value of each prize is $20.00, and the total approximate retail value of all prizes is $60.00.

Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per person.

7. winner notification

Potential winners will be notified by an in-app message and a push notification in the Muse app within three (3) days after the drawing. To claim a prize, a potential winner must, within seven (7) days of the notification, open the Muse app, confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2, and provide an email address for prize delivery. Free alternative entrants who are selected will be notified by email at the address they provided and must reply within the same seven (7) days. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. taxes

Each winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

9. publicity

If a winner agrees when claiming their prize, Sponsor may announce their Muse username as a winner in the Muse app and on Muse's social media accounts, without further compensation. A winner who does not agree will not be named. Winning does not depend on agreeing.

10. general conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or acting in violation of these rules or the Muse terms of service. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and, where appropriate, award the prizes at random from the eligible entries received before the problem occurred.

11. release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and Visa from any liability arising from the entrant's participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is used to run the Giveaway and contact winners, and is otherwise handled according to the Muse privacy policy at museoutfitdiary.com/privacy.

13. governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. winners list

To request the names of the winners, email museoutfitdiary@gmail.com with the subject line "original muse giveaway winners" by December 31, 2026.

15. future giveaways

These rules apply to the November 2026 Giveaway only. Each later monthly giveaway, if any is held, will have its own official rules. Eligible entries that do not win this Giveaway will be carried over automatically into later monthly giveaways, subject to the official rules of those giveaways. Winners of this Giveaway may not win again in a later monthly giveaway.
